Who we are

What we collect

Account: your email, a display name, and your birth year only (never a full birth date). We use the year to know whether you are a minor.
Learning: lessons opened, answers attempted, mastery estimates, bookmarks and notes — so we can show your progress and help you learn.
Tutor: your messages to the AI tutor and its replies, kept for 90 days and then deleted.

We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not build advertising profiles of children.

Where it is held

On servers we operate ourselves in [region]. We do not send your learning data to third-party advertising or analytics services.

Minors

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve tutor access. Until they do, lessons and practice work fully, but the AI tutor stays switched off. We never ask a minor for marketing consent, and we do not enable marketing for minors.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information at any time from Account → Privacy & data. Deleting your account removes your data and cannot be undone.
